A 10% deposit secures the booking. Payment is required in full 6 weeks in advance of departure or at the time of booking if less than 6 weeks ahead. Cheques payable to Nicholas James.
Guests are asked not to smoke in the house.
Pets are not allowed.
Linen and towels are included in the rental price. Beds will be made on arrival and the house will have been cleaned. We ask you to leave the property in a reasonable condition and in particular to leave the kitchen
The kitchen is stocked with tea and coffee. We ask you to empty the fridge and freezer on departure.
There is a smoke alarm in the hall which is checked regularly, please test it on arrival to ensure it is working.
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you the door key by post. Keys can be left in the house on departure. In the event of an emergency there is a local key holder who can help with most problems (e.g. plumbing, electrical etc).
The booking period is Saturday to Saturday. You can arrive any time after 3pm on the first day of your holiday. Departure time is by 10am and we should be grateful if this could be strictly adhered to as the time available to prepare for the next visitors is limited. Weekend breaks Thursday to Sunday or other periods may be available at certain times - please call to check
