An entrance porch leads to a cosy lounge with two comfy sofas, colour TV with freeview, DVD/CD player, dark varnished ships floorboards, coffee table with games inside and a window seat with glorious sea views. The kitchen is fitted with shaker style units, stainless steel range style cooker with gas hob and electric ovens, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, table and chairs and a window seat with more sea views. A rear corridor leads to the laundry cupboard housing an automatic washing machine. The ground floor bathroom has a luxurious double ended bath, plus WC wash basin and separate deluge shower in its own cabinet. The ground floor cabin bedroom has been fitted like a ships cabin with bunk beds and nautical antiques. The first floor comprises main bedroom with an antique king size brass and iron bed with pocket sprung mattress, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and a dormer window with stunning sea views across the bay. On the landing is a separate WC and wash hand basin closet. The second bedroom has a single bed; it is similar to the first and also has wonderful sea views. There is oil fired central heating throughout. Linen and towels are included as is electricity. Outside there are steps up to the quarter deck with table and chairs plus a barbecue and views across Cardigan Bay. Oyster Cottage is unsuitable for smokers, babies, children or pets. Please note, although there are three bedrooms, only two adults are permitted at Oyster Cottage. Parking - a small car may sometimes be able to park outside but there is a council car park within a couple of minutes walk. From 30th September until 1st April all yellow lines in New Quay permit parking.
